The room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a suite, the pool and hot tub were nice. the breakfast was good although it would be nice if it were available until 10 am. Having coffee available all day was great. There is a lovely patio area with nice furniture and fireplaces that overlooks the river. would be a nice place to relax in good weather. The staff was friendly.

All staff members were exceptionally nice, especially facilities. Check in was quick. We were provided with an early check in, upon request. Room was in great condition. It was very nice using the provided soaps and shampoos. The hair dryer was also quite nice. Great water pressure. I really appreciated how the thermostat in the room was accurate and quick to adjust. The coffee in the room was delicious, smooth, and comforting. It was a thoughtful touch to provide both mugs and to go cups. The pool/hot tub was a blast and my kids loved it. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Check out was a breeze. Scotties was convenient and delicious. Again, an extra shout out to the phenomenal facilities staff!

Scotties On The River is a resturaunt attached to the hotel. We had no idea when we booked our room at the Springhill but we were very pleased. The resturaunt had some of the best drinks and food we've had. The shower in the hotel was super nice and the room was very clean. Valet parking was an expense we weren't expecting but $14 for overnight valet wasn't too bad. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Oh and the continental breakfast was delicious.

great location close to the aquarium but not too close. Great view along the river, easy access to the River Walk. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was really good. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of driving and walking. The view was amazing.

This hotel was wonderful! The night before I had tried to save some money and booked online a motel for $107. It was disgusting! So I decided to treat myself after that and found this great Springhill Suites on the river in Chattanooga. It was $90 more than the previous night and 1000% better! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable pillows! If I ever visit Chattanooga again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

A great selection of food and beverage choices. Including it in the room rate is always great. Dining room was very pleasant. If we revisit in warmer weather , sitting outside would be an attraction also.
